I have a large commercial project. Can you help?

Yes, we would love to. Hotels, apartment buildings, offices, restaurants or any large projects are welcome. We can even come to you!

 

Can I set up a professional consultation in my home?

Yes, in addition to our Discount North Carolina Furniture, we offer professional on-site consultations including color, fabric, measuring and planning within the United States, all done personally by our award-wining designer and president, Jennifer Scully. We can also help via Skype. We offer customized professional design packages to suit almost any budget. Call us for more details. (516) 695-9921. 

 

Where does our Discount North Carolina furniture come from?

Most of our offerings are hand made in the beautiful USA, Everything comes to you factory-direct, brand-spankin' new and most items are made to order so we may have to wait a minute (or 8-12 weeks) but it is worth the wait.
 

How are our prices so good?

Our furniture, lighting and accessories are all ordered directly from the manufacturer with no middle man. We keep our overhead low and pass on the savings, so you reap the rewards.

 

Shipping

We offer white glove delivery service within the contiguous United States. We won't ship your furniture any other way. We want you to receive everything in perfect condition, don't you? Please contact us for your detailed shipping quote.

 

What happens if a product arrives damaged?

We pride ourselves in offering the finest quality products to our customers. Should the product arrive damaged due to defect or shipping, the item must be accepted at the time of delivery and arrangements will be made to repair the item. If the manufacturer determines that the damage/defect is beyond repair, the item will be replaced. We cannot accept returns, under any circumstances, due to the custom nature of the goods we sell. 

 

Where is my stuff?

Most items ordered through us are made by hand at the time you order, and then they are packed up carefully and sent out to you. Although many times things come in sooner than expected, please plan on an 8-14 week lead time. 

 

Can I return my furniture if I changed my mind?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, under any circumstances. We work closely with our clients to ensure the product that is ordered will arrive exactly as our customers expect it.  No refunds, no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions. Please be sure you want what you order. 

 

What if My Furniture Doesn't Fit?

If you hire us to come to your home and measure your space and your furniture won't fit, we will gladly issue you a credit and we will be happy to exchange your merchandise. In all other cases, you are 100% responsible for making sure your purchases will fit in your home in your desired location. No returns or exchanges will be accepted due to the merchandise not fitting in your home. Exchanges will be accepted only in the case of irreparable damage. Measure twice, order once. If you need help, please hire a professional. 

 

Where can I see examples of this furniture in person?

 Although space is limited, we do have some of our favorite things on display in our showroom at 75 Main St in Cold Spring Harbor, NY. We are open by appointment only so please call us to set up a meeting. We look forward to making your world more beautiful, one room at a time.
